We are investigating possible legal action on behalf of purchasers of Impact auto racing clothing and products
based on recent SFI action to decertify Impact Racing. SFI sued Impact based on allegations of deceptive trade practices in
a case filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division, entitled; SFI
Foundation, Inc. v Impact Racing, LLC, Case No. 10-00369.
